Our Installation Process

We follow a strict quality control process to ensure perfect results every time

Arrival & Initial Assessment

  • ✔ Team arrives at scheduled time and introduces themselves to homeowners
  • ✔ Take "before" photos of the installation area
  • ✔ Thoroughly inspect all installation sections for potential issues

Precision Installation Begins

  • ✔ Verify all measurements match paperwork (document and report any discrepancies)
  • ✔ Drip edge should only be lifted if it is excessively tight and with prior authorization from the office
  • ✔ Fabricate gutters from largest to smallest sections to minimize material waste

Quality Control Measures

  • ✔ Verify gutter slope with level to prevent water pooling or backflow
  • ✔ For misaligned roofs: cut back of gutter for proper slope or contact office
  • ✔ Endcap gutters: verify drip edge opening or cut back of gutter as needed

Hanger & Miter Installation

  • ✔ Install hangers max 3ft apart with consistent height and pressure
  • ✔ Miters receive 2 exterior and 2 interior screws (discreet placement)
  • ✔ Splash guards: minimum 2ft length with 4 screws (2 per side)
  • ✔ Apply Geocel 2320 silicone carefully to miters, covering all screws and potential leak points

Downspout Installation

  • ✔ Measure overhang and cut (6" for Elbow A, 3" for Elbow B) to prevent misalignment
  • ✔ Apply Geocel 2320 droplet inside gutter at each downspout corner
  • ✔ Install straps: 2 per single-story, 3 per two-story, 4 per three-story downspout
  • ✔ Use 1½" screws for straps and only on elbow sides

Final Inspection & Cleanup

  • ✔ Remove all aluminum scraps, screws, and job-related debris (double-check)
  • ✔ Walk through with homeowner if present to verify 100% satisfaction
  • ✔ Take "after" photos and submit immediately to office
